Little salt dough snowy owl ornaments!! A beautiful keepsake to always cherish on my tree every year!!! It's so simple and so cute!!!
Here is how to make them!
What you'll need:
2 cups flour
1 cup salt
1 cup warm water
(Olive Oil)
- Preheat oven to 250'
- Combine flour & salt. Gradually knead in warm water. You can add a little olive oil to make it less sticky. Knead for about 10 mins.
- Mold your ornament with your hands and not a rolling pin. Press your handprint.
- Cook for about 5 hours or until your ornament cooked through. You may need to set them on a wire rack so they'll cook through.
- Let them cool and then paint! Attach anything you'd like to make it unique!
